As an active investor and landlord, I understand renovations, rental properties, and the practical costs of ownership firsthand. My background also includes working with banks and institutional owners and leading acquisition and disposition teams across the country.   • If you are looking for an awesome realtor in the Spokane area or Washington state, look no further!! Matt is your guy!! I will start off by saying that I have had some pretty frustrating experiences with realtors in the past, to the point where I dread having to call one when I am house hunting. One of my biggest issues was their pushiness when I wasn't certain or ready. From day one, I could tell that working with Matt was going to be different. He was genuine and approachable, focused more on offering help and answering any questions that arose. I ran into Matt while he was showing another couple a house I was interested in on the South Hill and asked if I could tour that house and another one nearby later the same day.
