My real estate journey began in 2004 when I started selling homes and bought my first property in Tacoma at just 20 years old. Within nine months, the market shifted and the home I had just purchased was worth half of what I borrowed. Instead of walking away, I got creative—remodeling the basement to add bedrooms and renting them out to stay afloat. That experience taught me to think strategically and shaped the way I approach real estate today.
During the mortgage crisis, I began working with investors to acquire distressed, bank-owned properties. I pitched banks on the idea of cleaning and renovating homes before listing them, which led to a successful partnership and hundreds of completed projects across the Pacific Northwest. After renovating properties for banks I eventually moved into renovating my own properties and have renovated everything from single family portfolios damaged during hurricane Katrina to distressed multifamily buildings in the Pacific Northwest. That journey eventually led me to help scale a tech-driven private equity fund in the Bay Area, where I led the acquisitions & dispositions of over 1,000 homes per month across the Midwest.
Today, I’ve shifted my focus to building my own portfolio. I’m an investor and landlord, actively buying and selling real estate across Washington State and the Midwest. I work directly with homeowners who are considering selling, offering flexible, no-pressure solutions backed by decades of hands-on experience.
